Pneumothorax in children - X-ray? We are having a trauma simulation this week, with a child around 2 years. Is there anyone who has or knows where to find a chest radiograph of a child with left-sided PTX, both initial and with a chest tube inserted? Nothing in Radiopedia....

Low dose suxamethonium is well known "last resort" for rapid treatment of #laryngospasm. Is there any evidence at all for the use of #rocuronium in lower dose than intubationdose 1,0-1,2 mg/kg? emergencycarebc.ca/clinical_res... suggests 0,2 mg/kg,but without references. Anyone? #AirwaySky #AnSky
