I learned a new thing! I’m pretty proud of how this one turned out, I have to say. It’s a fun design to make, too — a little challenging, but not so much that you want to tie it around a rock and throw it into the sea.

Heyyy, look at me, I made my own lavender cold foam oat milk matcha and it’s very tasty! And kind of a pain in the ass to make… I understand now why Starbucks charges what they do for it.

Well, I put it that way bc congressional appropriations are literally laws passed by Congress. The house.gov site even says it (for now). So whether there’s an enforcement mechanism is another issue; I know there’s not, sadly. But not following these appropriations is still breaking laws.
