We went out this morning, and as I pondered around, I had the realisation that I'd left the latch hook kit in Nalas reach and expected the worst. But I had to take it back when it was untouched. Photos of Nala enjoying rather ahem free mince pies acquired.

Thank you to @patcarlton1.bsky.social for the apple harvest. Cooked up today, there will be apple fritters tonight, mixed fruits crumble (2 of), and 2 lots of mix I have my eye on for Christmas Strudel for the freezer.

After Hershey and Skittles had a girls' night, they even shared my hot chocolate with err me and Polo and Rhubarb and Custard.

When you need to run a couple of errands which conveniently means Clive gets to stay in the car, while I pick up milk and bits, as he would just get milk! We need the air con on for Swizzel. We now have milk, greens, bakery bread, & something marked as 75 % off.

1 night we were doing the nightly count up, we couldn’t find her despite checking all the same spots 3 times, I popped in the greenhouse a few times today it’s the last place before a full on panic sets in, loudly I open the greenhouse calling her name, & the torch spies her in the hanging basket.

Whilst taking a few minutes distraction from recent events, charity shop finds today revealed and treated the animals to a baby soft fleece, a tiny mouse fluffy toy and a doughnut bed.. I'll try and get more photos, but for now, the bed is a hit..
