I can’t believe how stupid everything is

I created this on paper awhile ago and started making a digital version. I decided to finish it today and share it.

I have restarted my illustrated journal habit. Here’s my first week. My grandson is 16 months old and actually tells us that all animals say quack. He also says it quietly. Like it’s a secret.

I deeply want to paint/draw. But I also really really want to crochet. And sew. And read. And write. And catch up on about a million TV shows and movies. Why can’t I do them all at the same time? And why do I spend so much time playing merge games on my iPad instead?

My current crafting obsession is these intricate patterns from The Floral Hook. I just finished the first part of her newest mystery make along, Floralai. We don’t know when she’ll have the next part released, so I have to find something else to crochet. Like another one of her patterns.
