Why introduce this bill? Who does it benefit, and what do they stand to gain?
It definitely doesn’t benefit your everyday person. IMO
If you want to remove a law that was put into place to protect people from predatory lending, etc, you’re probably a predator (or acting on behalf of one - or two)

Not every governor will dither on congestion pricing but then ultimately come to its defense against a mad king, but then again some folk'll, like New York's Kathy Hochul
