I played a role in hiring employees at a large corporation with a DEI program.

Applications were anonymous. Interviews were conducted in a panel and all feedback was anonymized so the hiring manager could select the candidate purely on merit. DEI is the opposite of what the orange claims it is.

I know my posts are a hard departure from the content I've posted on other platforms, but these are unprecedented times.

I am vehemently against fascism and while I know my voice is currently limited, I will speak up anyway because it matters now more than ever.

4. Work visa (Every country has unique industry needs, check their immigration websites to see if your trade is compatible. This can be a harder route because of the need for language compatibility in some cases)

5. Long-term travel visa (Some countries allow extended stay if you have the finances)

Easiest ways to get out of the US (If you have a passport):

1. Digital nomad visa (If you work full-time remotely)

2. Studying abroad (Can give you a path to permanent residency and even citizenship)

3. Family reunification (for those who have close relatives out of the country)

Humans simply chose for it to be this way.
