Personally loved it. Read the book before the musical existed (I’m old lol) and loved it and while I love the musical, always felt a missed opportunity in terms of weaving in the darker politics themes more directly. The film kinda does that and does so well. Chu deserves credit; it’s an achievement

Haha bingo! I was using my pen to underline/write notes in the margins and it began to run out. So I’d just refilled and got marked up while drying my pen/getting the excess ink from the bib haha

I’m aware of this awful situation, shared by my constituent Dr. Landis. Nobody seems to know where Dr. Abedini is being held, tho he has contacted family. Rep. Deck reached out to Rep. Cole & Sen. Lankford’s office is looped in. Here to be a squeaky wheel & help however I can.
