Could the reverse be litigated - a school/programme that teaches phonics to the exclusion of language/comprehension?

We are already bound by the law that was passed. Districts are already implementing the law. Higher Ed is also bound by the law (where I teach.) Wish legislators had listened to more educators. 4/4

When I asked Mark Seidenberg what to do about states that have already passed laws, at a presentation where he called for a reset on SoR, he said “Pass better laws.” Too late! 3/4
