Liz Gilbert warns against the perils of horizontal thinking. This week's post is about what happens when we think ourselves into a hellish hole and what to do to get (or better, stay) out of it.

My human brain would love it to be different, but the truth is that uncertainty is the way things are and always are. How do you navigate the fact that we are all one phone call away from our lives changing completely?

Laughter, these days, often sneaks up on me, comes out of nowhere. And I'm always amazed at both how much I needed it and how good it feels.
Where do you go when you need to laugh? Your share could help us all! 💙💚

Among the material devastation to everyday people, Senate Dems have now blown a hole in their ability to work with the House.

We had an agreed upon plan, House took immense risk, then Senate turned around midway and destroyed it w/ a fear-based, inexplicable abdication.

They own what happens next.
