Is it the research study out of Education? I feel like the question they’re asking (“is this actually helpful?”) is reasonable, at least partially because the study is designed such that “no” is a possible answer. But I totally get not being interested in enabling the whole project of “AI”

The problem he's apparently trying to solve is that the US has more money than other countries. The issue for everyone else in the US is that he may solve it.

I feel in my heart that Mr. Trash Wheel, Professor Trash Wheel, Captain Trash Wheel, and Gwynnda the Good Wheel of the West are among the best examples of the Baltimore spirit that makes us the city we are. What other city would anthropomorphize literal dumpsters and turn them into civic heroes?
