The howling has stopped. We are now sulking. Apparently I am not allowed to shut my bedroom door is the compromise. Dad asked him if he wanted to go downstairs with him but for now he is refusing.

I just need to tie on the hangings and then this year's decorations are finished. I make a decoration for family members each year. My mum started it and after she died I carried it on.

First time driving in 3 months. Went to collect my son from college. We park at the local park so I decided to take Cosmo for a run on the field. To the left is a maze.

If you want to see how much of a waste of space Fitbit is this is the results of a walk compared to my visible plus. During the walk I looked at Fitbit and it said my heart rate was 127bpm.

I haven't felt or looked so awful in a long time. Nothing is touching the pain. Migraine above right eye. Crushing pain round my head and pain in my spine in my lower back where I had my lumbar puncture 10 yrs ago.

The weather outside is awful. It's cold and pouring down with rain. So my wonderful hubby has built me a fire 🔥 to keep it toasty and warm.
