Managed the trip to B&Q. Literally walked in door to the paint. Picked the paint. Walked out. Now in bed completely exhausted. They had their Christmas decorations but too exhausted to look

Going and try and go for a trip out today. Nothing exciting going with hubby to get paint. Then straight back to bed.

Really worried about my son. He was vomiting again last night. Dizzy spells and stomach pain. Couldn't come home for 2 hrs this morning till things settled down. Having at least 2-3 attacks a week now & fatigue is huge. Blood test for Cushings isn't till 13th Dec

Radiators upstairs weren't heating up properly. They needed bleeding. Upstairs a lot warmer since. Luckily hubby was home as my fingers couldn't turn the key.

We don't have a radiator in the hallway as it's going to be decorated. This is having a huge effect on the temp of the house. We really need new windows but will have to save up next year for them.

Scored a 5 on my HRV this morning. I have used up 11.6 of my 12 pace points however haven't had a single vasovagal syncope attack today. Have had a niggling headache all day that is turning into a migraine above right eye.

My dad is picking up No.1 son today. Hubby was going to take him this evening but with the predicted snow we thought it would be safer. Painter n decorator coming to quote so will have to get dressed today.

🧵 so instead of resting we put the insides of the cupboard together and tidied up. Then brother came for a visit. Then man came to quote. No longer capable of sitting in shower so currently lying in the bath & hubby will have to get me out.

Today didn't go as planned. Next doors car alarm went off at 5am. Then planned a lie in but dog had a different idea. Hubby decided we should get quotes for decorating as I am not capable & he has done his knee in. So spent morning sorting that out. One came this evening. 🧵

The howling has stopped. We are now sulking. Apparently I am not allowed to shut my bedroom door is the compromise. Dad asked him if he wanted to go downstairs with him but for now he is refusing.
