15 Days straight of the 75 Medium challenge. The water intake is still the hardest part. 20% done and I’m excited to see how far I get especially when I have a convention in February.
1/12 I started my 75 Medium challenge. It’s still pretty challenging although it’s not the 75 hard challenge. I have discovered things about my will power, my adhd, tools to help my adhd and habits. It’s been a great challenge not just physically but definitely mentally. 7 days completed! 68 to go!
