Liberal view: Top 20% have most of the income, so of course they pay most of the tax.
Conservative view: The bottom 80% are taking from the top 20%.
My view: US has extremely "progressive" tax, much more than EU. (VAT is regressive). The problem is income distribution, not more taxes.
