Conservatives should support massive minimum wage hikes. Currently, low earners get benefits from rich to get by, keeping prices low. High minimum wage means no benefits, but prices go up. That price hike converts taxes on rich to regressive tax on everyone. It's hits like a VAT.

In the US, the bottom 30% don't pay taxes, they get benefits. The next 50% barely pay taxes. The top 1% pay as much as the top 19%, which is nearly all federal income taxes! So any tax change will only effect the top 20%, and primarily hit the top 1%.

I wasted a chunk of my life debugging a Python program that was mysteriously using a different path to load code. None of the AIs could figure this out despite burning zillions of tokens. I had to use my meat-based LLM to poke at the code like a Neanderthal.

I’m playing a new 4K LED TV next to my 14 yo plasma. LED is brighter. Otherwise not much difference. Either I’m blind or plasma was alright.
