However, this particular clause is important - states self-attestation is sufficient and they should not deny you based on lack of documentation. So you can decide to tell the pharmacist whatever you’d like, they do not have to be responsible to verify it.

Looks like the RSV risk factor list for under 75 years is less broad than the COVID risk list. Not as easy to qualify by saying you’re inactive or a former smoker.
