I don’t disagree considering the 215 mile trim costs $36k which I think is too much for what you’re getting. But Nissan has sold about 60,000 Leafs in the United States over the past 5 years. With EV’s regularly reaching 300,000 miles nowadays, those Leafs will be on the road for quite some time

It would only be confusing in the sense that some EV’s like the Nissan Leaf have 50 kW peak charging while others like the Lucid Air have 350 kW peak charging. Meaning they’ll be able to go vastly different distances over 12 hours. But wouldn’t consumers want to know that up front?

I should note that we bought our Tesla before we knew just how crazy Musk is. We really need one of those nifty bumper stickers.
