In the book he does, even has a brand on his hand identifying him as a spy (it was from a SMERSH agent when he got tortured in Casino Royale) but they've never done that for movies cus the constant application of makeup would take to long.

People trying hard to defend Arc Raiders use of "ethical" AI voices have not convinced me in the slightest.
