That being said. To answer your question. It depends on what you really want to get out of it. Do you simply wanna take a few drawing or animation classes? Do you want to get a diploma? What do you plan to do with that diploma and do you have an exit strategy if things do not go your way.

Honestly, as someone who's been at it in a graphic design major for almost five years now. My best recommendation for you is to spend as much of your free time on your art as possible.

I was curious because I've been interested in games with compelling story. Especially one that I guess makes you feel? I thought Final Fantasy 6 did a good job with that. Probably one of the best story for a Final Fantasy game even imo, although 7,9,10 come close in that regard in its own unique way
