I’m DM’ing a high level D&D campaign (lvl14) and I’ve come to realize that once you get enemies with the same level of intelligence, abilities, and strategy as the PC’s, the combat just becomes a slog to play through.

So I’m thinking a full overhaul on the traits for my rpg system based on play test feedback. Instead of the grid of descriptors, I’m going to reduce it to a few options for each Characteristic. Working in a “Rock, paper, scissors” concept.
Still needs some work, but feedback welcome. #ttrpg

Third character sheet revision and I think we are finally getting there. Play testers really understood this one much more easily. The center column on the characteristics table made it much easier to track "damage" and how it modified Checks and Saves.

So the past few months of play testing have gone pretty well. I think I am at the point where I am going to get a website setup and get my basic rules posted online with some adventures for board broad testing. Sketching out some thematic ideas for a website. #ttrpg #ttrpgdesign

#ttrpg creators and influencers. Ya’ll need to chill a bit with the promotional posts. I want to follow you and engage in conversation, but if you’re posting promotional content 4+ times a day with a thousand hashtags, it’s a real turnoff and clutters up my feed. Let’s have some real conversations.

Had an amazing #ttrpg experience this past Sunday playing Alice is Dead. Heart wrenching and had me on the edge of my seat. The voicemails we all made basically had me in tears at the end of the session.
Highly recommend if you have the right group of people to play with.

Played our 6th and final session of #goodsocietyrpg last night. Such an amazing game. Love was found, hearts were broken and tough choices were made (along with a thrown punch).
