This morning, the City of Portland officially processed a Land Use Compatibility Statement (LUCS) for Zenith Energy, a Texas-based fossil fuel company operating out of NW Portland. The LUCS paves the way for Zenith to obtain permits from Oregon DEQ and expand operations in Portland.

The City of Portland is just hours away from granting known climate villain Zenith Energy a Land Use Compatibility Statement.
