I think I recall reading that Wynn was in her 40s in Dragon Age: Origins? It was a real WTF BioWare moment finding that out.

This is one hundred percent truth.

I am actually laughing out loud. 🤣

I have had to stop engaging with more than one of the Dragon Age subreddits because I'm sick to death of the same transphobic bullshit comments getting repeated by people who lack two wits to rub together.

I very much want to make a clever comment about smooches and reference BG3, but I can't quite pull it off.

The goatee is my favorite option for facial hair. Please post an update when you like the length it's grown in. :D

We just finished swapping from oil to cold climate heat pumps. No more combustion sources in the house.

The deliberate vagueness of DA canon has left me merrily pulling my hair out for so many hours. "It's <blah!>. No, wait. Exception exists. <deep inhale> Start from scratch."

NGL, it took me a minute but then I actually laughed out loud. 🤣

I keep intending to get over the MFA but haven't yet. It will be my turn to organize a field trip with friends here soon though, and either the MFA or the Gardner museum are both on my list.

Given the opportunity, I would choose to be a vampire. I think.

This is a beautiful sentiment and now I'm stealing it for my own head canon.

Hello, fellow bread machine pizza dough maker! I keep singing the praises of my bread machine at making pizza dough, largely because I cannot be bothered to be involved with it beyond "dump ingredients into pan, and let the machine do the rest of the work for me."

I thought Twilight was pretty bad when it was released, but I read it like three times because *damn* if Smeyer didn't absolutely NAIL that hopeless, unrequited love feeling I had as a teenager in high school who was too terrified to even say "Hi" to my crush a single time before he graduated.

Okay, so hear me out on this one: Michelle West started publishing a fantasy series in the late 1990s, the Essalieyan series. It is currently, as of just a few days ago, 24 works and counting (novels, novellas, and short stories). Fully featured world, huge cast, and pretty decent prose.

This game absolutely blew my socks off. I have been singing its praises to anyone that will listen to me and that likes RPGs. Instant favorite.

I loved Veilguard, and I think it was a great game. It was a great Dragon Age game. I played the heck out of it, I'm in the middle of a second run, and I know I'll be back again.
