Biden should be out of effs to give, and Senator Gillibrand makes a great argument. The ERA should already be the 28th amendment. If the next administration wants to take away rights from women, let them argue against equality for years in public and the courts. podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/t...

The Equal Rights Amendment has already met constitutional requirements to be published as the 28th Amendment to the Constitution.
