The Louisiana argument is essentially that you CAN use race to be racist but you CAN'T use race to ameliorate racism.

My brain just cannot pretzel itself enough to understand the "logic" behind how deleting a bunch of terms that shall not be uttered protects our....First Amendment rights. Laughing crying it is so stupid. Rights for me and not for thee...
