I also sort of wanted to do one of those Pokemon Miku outfits but idk haha. These are the two that I think fall best into the "doable but also I like it" category. But idk if I like them as much as any of the Umi outfits (plus I think they'd be more expensive...)

Maybe a new Umi? I could probably do a lot with relatively-less-expensive fabrics and craft foam... I'd probably want to remake Umi's sword, too.

Last year the plan was to do this gown (or a similar variation) from Witch Hat Atelier. I figured I could do some cool burnout dye and maybe add some accessories (I think she occasionally has a staff when she shows up like this, or maybe I could make brush buddy just for fun)

It's very hard to get photos of Soot and Pidge together because usually if they notice me taking a photo one of them will leave lol but anyways: Pidge always looks so tiny next to Soot, but she's actually on the big side herself

Incredibly, despite a literal blizzard outside, some of my neighbors still did fireworks... Save me. Anyways, a little late, but happy new year! I rang it in with a mug cake and some soda, as one does 🥂

The grocery store nearby where I'm staying has this little station of miniature claw machines and some of the prizes are soooo cute but also I've never won a claw machine in my life so idk if it's worth even trying

Christmas presents this year! I don't usually get this much but since we were visiting mom's family apparently some of them decided to get me stuff. They're all so thoughtful and they haven't seen me in years!

I don't want my feed to be all griping about this horrible airport experience so anyways here are the necklaces my mom commissioned for her sisters (and sisters-in-law). I think I started getting the hang of it right around the time I finished all of them...

Currently sharing a chain only because they're small and I didn't want to lose one. Not related to the cross... These were screw-backs and the backs are missing, so they were more or less unwearable as earrings.

Lest anyone worry, my grandma wouldn't wear it either (not especially religious) so I don't think she'd be offended by the modification. I have another necklace clearly from the same "set" that she gave me years ago because she thought it was annoying to wear lol

Okay fam I could use some help. My mom sent me this. It belonged to my grandma but no one in the family wants it or will wear it, so she thought I could cut it up and rearrange the bits into something aside from a cross. Idk what tho! Suggestions?
