The question of who or what sets up the next succession of Bonds and imagine the super villain(s) that got frustrated not having Bond around to challenge them and make their own fake Bonds setting off the Bond Fake/Real arc?

There is only one "the Bond" but it starts a legacy of Bonds so Spy creed (core gameplay loop being blend in to your setting, accomplish missions and try not to raise suspicion at all or implicate a bunch of other groups but risk retaliation/difficulty increases later?)

I think this zuko will be neat in commander but not that great in the limited format considering the other 3 color cards.
