Here's where I tracked this. Frankly, not ENOUGH attention has been focused on this, bc DOGE keeps making inconsistent claims abt what their job is.

The reason the DOGE receipts page is so shoddy is that it serves as cover for the fact that DOGE is doing things not envisioned by USDS or Trump's original EO renaming USDS DOGE.
