How do you take time off work due to burn out? Time off may be nice and will likely fix some of my mental health issues, but the work will pile up while I’m gone meaning I’ll come back to a nightmare and will just end up burned out again.

You know what sucks? You finally accept that you need therapy so you book a 15 minute consult with a therapist and fill in pages and pages of information. And then the therapist doesn’t show up to the virtual meeting.
Now I’m spiraling - I was obviously too needy in my intake and she hates me. 😵💫
