Last week CIBE met with EU Agriculture and Food Commissioner @christophehansen.bsky.social with other agri representatives. We raised our concerns regarding the revision of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. Ensure a stable agricultural long-term trade relation with Ukraine is a priority 🇺🇦🇪🇺
Robust cross-border enforcement of EU rules is not here to guarantee safe and high-quality food products for European consumers, protect our producers and maintain a level playing field, nor include strong safeguards to protect the environment.
