He’s back . And he’s doing exactly what he said he would . Executive orders to expand drilling in the Alaskan wilderness , the guise of a ‘National Energy Emergency’ to slash red tape and regulation for fossil fuel companies , and the withdrawal from the Paris Climate Agreement .
