I haven't really got the energy to refute these arguments but:
1. The response on green infrastructure depends on the benefits versus the environmental costs of each individual application. As a general principle, we would much prefer solar panels to be sited on buildings and brownfield sites.

You would hardly expect a full statement of party policy on a local issue which she is addressing as a local politician.
