Touched to be given this cross made by Aubrey Forster from oak removed from the misericords at St Helen’s Ranworth during their restoration (long before I was born). The misericords may well have come from St Benet’s Abbey where, by a quirk of history, the Bishop of Norwich is still the Abbot.
