It is a custom also used by First Nations' peoples in Australia who refer to their elders as aunty or uncle.

She's at 28 yo woman with little experience outside of the work she's done for Trump but getting paid a sh*tload of money to say what she's directed to say. Trump probably also likes her because she is young, pretty and blond.
