It's Sunday and it's actually starting to be under 80 f here so I'm making a big pot of chili, this week I've made fontina cheese and prosciutto stuffed chicken breasts with a cacciatore sauce and Vietnamese grilled pork tacos. I'm cleaning out the freezer!

My latest fixation! These are of course figs lathered with balsamic glaze which I will roast and then cover with honey and serve with goat cheese and crackers. You should make this. It is so goddamn good.
