新生ネオ・ジオン総帥シャア・アズナブルの専用機開発の過程で、幾つか起こされた素案の一つ。
シャア、ナナイ両名の意向で早くから開発計画が一本化(後のMSN-04 サザビーに繋がる案を採用)された為、実機の組立等は行われずペーパー・プランに留まっている。
サザビーと同一のフレームを採用し、武装にも類似点があるものの、腹部拡散メガ粒子砲の数や大型ビーム・サーベル・キャニスター等は、本機独自の装備である。また、ファンネルはキュベレイと同様のものを後ろ腰部に格納する。
生残性の点からサザビーでは頭部に移設されたコックピットは、本機では従来通り腹部に搭載されている。
