That TFW when you are re-writing your module b/c all browsers now support ECC, but your test tool, tape-run, doesn't have the new API yet.
Anyway, theres a new test tool now, with the required APIs.

1. Keep both version together in the `/css` directory (kelp.css + kelp.raw.css)
2. Put bundled in `/dist` and unbundled in `/src`
