My biggest criticism of both DIS and PIC is that they’re pillaging a beloved franchise for banal and ever-expanding intellectual property. They’re not even being bold enough to destroy it. Just fizzling out.

The future is lower quality, more disruption, and still higher costs. #Sustainability and adaptation strategies will help but things aren't getting better. #Resilience culture is about accepting, mitigating, and if necessary avoiding risk by changing how we work, live, and do business...2/3

Fines are not cash grabs. They’re penalties for breaking the rules we’ve commonly agreed upon to govern how a safe and secure society works.
There are no cameras on empty roads. They’re placed in designated community safety zones, i.e. schools and old folks homes.
