Indictment under a probable cause standard and proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt in court are two wildly different things. But the point of it all for felon is to make Comey go through the process and pay a lot of money to defend himself. Felon is using the process as punishment.
I get that pretty much no one is a fan of Jim Comey. But the idea that he -knowingly and willfully lied to Congress- is just absurd on its face. We’ll see if a grand jury will really indict a ham sandwich, but I think it’s more likely the Trump admin will end up with egg on its face (again)

Is #elon projecting here? Whatever the case, do NOT play into their hands and make it possible for them to justify a fascist reaction. The protests are clearly working, keep it up and keep it peaceful.
