I miss horses and I miss riding. But I am trusting the feeling in my gut that says “it’s ok to step away from horses right now.”

And I trust I’ll know when I’m ready to come back, whenever that may be.

Getting my endoscopy today. First time ever having one so I hope it goes ok. Slightly nervous.

Trying to figure out when I’d have time to work out on a weekday between work, commuting to and from work and eating dinner before 7 so my acid reflux isn’t an issue. Before work isn’t an option😕
