We didn't have tickets for Friday night's show but the band guest listed us after our friends asked😭😭😭

So rowdy and fun and drunk. Ate at Fuel Pizza afterwards and got ready to head back home.

Paintings from The Mint Uptown! Was stoked to see that they had an impressionist exhibit on display that we got to look through. Also in person Georgia O' Keefe!!!

Friday after hitting The Hobbyist for breakfast (plz go it's the coolest coffee shop ever) we went to The Mint in the Uptown area. Here's some sculptures/glass art we saw that I was super into :)

Afterwards grabbed some food and ended up at night one of the show we got tickets for! An absolutely moving performance by Andy The Door Bum and a very hype show by Dollar Signs. I also love the Milestone so much as a venue it's exactly what I want my local dive bar to be

More sculptures! Another one of the temporary exhibits was about shoe design. We got to see the playstation Nike shoes in person :) very very cool

Thursday Brett and I went to the Mint museum in the Randolph area. They had a skateboard exhibit as well as some fiber art on temporary display. As well as some gorgeous sculptures and paintings. Part 1 of 2!!

Same night we also stopped by a tiki bar called The Royal Tot where me and my friend got offered Barback shifts lmao. Didn't take drink pics but we did fuck their Jenga up pretty good.

Final stop was The Thirsty Beaver which was a killer dive bar with a mop sink as a hand sink in the bathroom 10/10

I bet if my spouse and I met today the same way we met 9 years ago we'd be at an anime convention with coffee cups full of rumple minze instead of fireball

Not in flavor obvs. But in the way the people drink it. The party people love a sweet fire-y shot. The shy, chaotic look when they ask me, "do u have rumple minze?😈" These shots contain freedom and power.

I don't wanna do a glass rim at the dive bar so instead when we get back from NC I'm gonna make a peppermint infused vodka. Basically making my own lower-proof Rumple Minze lmao
