One of my favorite hypnosis files has something like this encouraging one to play with one's nipples both whenever possible and as a soothing/calming thing.

Neat and tidy because A: I swallow, B: I put it away beforehand, and C: Can it get cum stains if it's laminated enough to be waterproof? 😆
