On a different note, I believe communities and being truly human are the moat powerful way to counter this in the long run.

Peoole, communities are not businesses though. Businesses are a construct that so often goes totally against how people live and relate to each other, or even do their best work.
I think this approach will utterly fail, but it is doing so much damage in the meantime.

I’m doing a sad chuckle since I just got a call about something that was urgent almost six months ago yesterday morning… (I missed the call, called back as instructed but without success - now waiting for another call, wondering if they’ve forgotten about me again or moved on)
