Mum update: I was right to push, and about the cause. It’s not an ‘overnight emergency’ but it is urgent and is being investigated asap. She has bloods booked and a referral made.
Fighting ‘the system’ is exhausting, but for now we are fine 🤍

The basis is Breach Of Contract, and GDPR/Intellectual Property violations.
I’m assured they’re trying to keep this quiet.

2 Mishandling of my personal data under GDPR law: refusing an SAR.
