The reason anyone can afford a centrally-located 1-bedroom apartment on a record store clerk's pay is because thousands of your neighbors choose to live in buildings built after 1960.

And the concept looks reallllly nice, even with such a reduced program.

But just starting to figure out a campaign to raise capital… when they’ve had that block locked up for six years and the hope is to be complete by 2030?

I'm just going off what is on the city's FAQ page on the process... which is also how it is described by most news outlets.

Clearly though, it doesn't apply to ALL ties, as evidenced today.

Tops in funding... tops in capacity & support...

Not even close to the top in planning or infrastructure. Of course. This is so Oregon. Why do our resources yield so little in results? What is the disconnect here?
