We regularly see both kites and buzzards from our South Shropshire kitchen window and neither seems predominant. We also see little egrets, sparrowhawks, lots of pheasants and the occasional pair of F-15s en route between Lakenheath and the Mach loop in Wales.

If successive governments had kept control of departments they could have organised effective data sharing. Instead the people who should be in charge are subservient to the ministries that they should be directing.

This is very significant but if effective information recording and sharing was in place it would be easy to prove or refute these claims with firm statistics reported directly from the data.
