I'm not sure what the implications of a claim like this are. Humans are also not "designed to be able to accurately answer factual questions". In fact there's a long philosophical debate about whether/how evolution necessarily produces organisms with justified true beliefs.

this exchange was interesting on many levels:
- suppose andreessen really believes 'prosperity is good': given that he opposed multifamily housing, it means he thinks it's good for only _some_ people, since housing is essential to prosperity
- the watering down of 'abundance' to such a thin message
