The NWS has flaws, and believing that it is a perfect agency is wrong but that being said, you do not fix issues by cutting staff. Not in this industry/business of 24/7 monitoring. This is not the way to improve the agency.

That being said, nothing can be compared to the best image(s) I've ever taken in 2024.

Definitely very rusty at these things and I think I ran a little longer than I had hoped but I look forward to doing more of these as time progresses and improving!

Lucas Prokosch and I rescued a cat that night after the poor thing rode out the EF-2 tornado in a cinder block farm outbuilding that was completely flattened. Home owners were happy to see their farm cat survived.

This is our second ultrasound so this was a pretty incredible experience to have. The last time we saw him, he was a peanut with a heart beat, that's it. Now there is a whole freaking person in there. Wow.
