Is that a rechargeable one and have you had a chance to use that yet? How well did it work for you? I'm a slot machine tech and I've been looking at that kind of iron for a while now just to make quick repairs of broken wires.

Also, the library might be able to get you one of the snap circuit sets. My library system has a "LOT" - library of things that can be checked out. Was looking at their telescope last time I was in.

I second the library. When I was about that age or a little older, I was going to learn electronics, Russian and Greek from books I checked out at the local library Only the electronics stuck with me. 😁
