It's Halloween tomorrow! And thus I made a Halloween themed cake to bring to work tomorrow. It's a pumpkin cake with chocolate ganache. Including spiderweb, sign and bats!

Inspired by my visit to Hungary, I made a dish inspired by it.
So here we have a stew with chicken, Hungarian paprika sausage sautéed with onion, garlic, bellpepper and carrot. The sauce is Hungarian paprika, hot paprika paste, tomato paste and cream. With it is home-made spätzle.

Layercake with custard and smashed chocolate caramels in one layer. Lemon curd and sliced peaches in the second. Top is coated with chocolate canache, Toasted hazelnuts, whipped cream, strawberries, chunks of kitkat and it's wrapped in marzipan.
