I’ve just received an auto message from the hair salon reminding me of my appointment. They previously used texting, and that’s where I’d like them to stay. I do have bigger things to worry about it just now, but it’s flippin irritating not to be asked if I mind.

And businesses saying ‘you can contact us on What’s App’. No thanks, I don’t want you in there! I’m not happy that group messages from my window cleaner about gutter cleaning services pop up now and then. I thought you had to give permission for someone to contact you on What’s App?
